I am not wanting to be just a photographer you hire. I want to be your friend and the person that makes you feel safe to be yourself in front of my camera so that I can authentically capture whatever season of life you're in. My ultimate goal is to create images that you can look back at and remember exactly how loved you felt with your person, the pride you had when you got your headshots taken for a business you just started, or the overwhelming joy you felt bringing home your sweet new baby that you had been praying for.

Katie is short for Kaitlyn. I want to be a morning person, but I’m just not. I’m the oldest of three. I'm a make-a-playlist girlie. I’m an Enneagram 8 and sometimes that’s hard. Hahah. Kyle and I have been married for almost 11 years and have created a little girl squad together. It’s the most fun thing. When I’m not stealing coloring book pages from Caroline or running after my magical tornado, Hadley, I’m curled up with a good book. My ideal day is our best friends over at the house doing absolutely nothing together.
